Early planning is essential to make the Christmas Bazaar a fun and successful event. Each family is asked to support the bazaar in several ways: volunteering, raffle items and tickets, grab bags, and baked goods. The money raised from this event directly benefits your children by providing field trips, additional educational programs and field day. Please mark your calendar for SATURDAY, DECEMBER 3rd 9:00 to 2:00

RAFFLE: The proceeds from the raffle account for a large part of the days profits. We are in need of items for the raffle. If you can donate an item: one you purchase, one from a business, or one of your own creation, please return this form to the school office. We must have notice of all items by Oct. 15th to allow time for printing of tickets. Each family will receive a book of 10 tickets in October. VOLUNTEERS: Many hands make light work. Volunteers are needed to help plan and work that day. Please consider giving a little time on Dec. 3rd.

VENDOR SPACE: If you are interested in selling your crafts or holiday goods, table space is available for $30.00.
